如果真的是从网上抄来的（即使是节选），我是这样搜它的。
一般使用谷歌英语（别的也可以试试），然后从文章中选择一句合适的句子，尽可能避开标点符号，然后复制到搜索框，并且给这句话加上半角引号。如
“ The Chinese Central Government's Official Web Portal”
如果搜出来的结果中，红色的关键字都是支离破碎的，可以选择适当换一句句子再试试。
若不行，则选择专有名词多的句子或者短语。
若还是没有，可能是从一些版权保护得很好的书上抄来的，或者是新书上抄来的，或者是自己写的。。。
