We charge a flat shipping rate of $5.99 for all United States orders and $19.99 for most orders shipped to Canada. Free shipping is offered when order subtotal exceeds $99.00, US only. See our international shipping information below.

Canadian orders are charged $19.99 for most shipments and will be sent via the United States Postal Service

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the “International Customers…Click here to pay” button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

Order Status
You will receive an email with the shipping and tracking information as soon as the product has been shipped. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Please allow 48 hours
from the placement of your online order for your information to arrive.
Shipping Information
We ship in most in-stock orders within 48 hours from our warehouse, located in Florida. Our Boutique and warehouse are closed on weekends and all major holidays.
Delivery Methods
How We Determine Your Delivery Method
Upon placement of your order, we will determine the best delivery method for shipping your merchandise. We notify you via e-mail of the method that we used to ship your order and the status, so that you will know when to expect your items. We primarily use U.S.P.S. Priority Mail whenever possible, but we also utilize U.S.P.S. Parcel Post, FedEx Ground, and DHL. Please feel free to contact us if you desire overnight shipping; we will be most happy to comply for an additional fee. For items that ship direct from our designers/manufacturers, you will be charged only one shipping amount per order and they will determine your shipping method.
