Gift Services Frequently Asked Questions
 How do I add standard gift wrapping to my order?
You will notice that there is an option to add gift-wrapping at your Billing/Shipping checkout page for an additional $6.00. This service includes wrapping your gift in an appropriate theme wrapping paper and including a cute card, personalized with your gift message at no additional charge.
*If you would like to add this service, please check the box next to the statement, "Would you like our Special Gift Wrapping Service?"and please type exactly what you would like your card to read within the "Gift Message" box.
How Do I Direct Ship Gift Purchases?
When you purchase a gift for that special someone, we will gladly ship it directly to him or her, along with your personal message. You will need to provide us with their name, address (must be a physical address, no P.O. Boxes), and the personal greeting that you would like enclosed with the gift for the person(s) or pup(s) to whom you are purchasing for. You must specify this information on your checkout page (within the "Shipping" section). Please note the AMEX exception below.
May I use my AMEX credit card to direct ship a gift?
American Express Card orders must be shipped to the purchaser's billing address only. AMEX is very strict with this rule and we are sorry for any inconvenience.
Can you gift wrap oversize/heavy/or direct from manufacturer items?
We regret that we cannot offer our gift-wrapping services for items that fall into the categories of oversized/heavy/ships direct from manufacturer. If you are purchasing one of these types of items and would still like the "personal touch" for your gift, we are happy to include your personalized message on the packing slip that ships with your order. Please enter this information in the “Customer Notes" section of your order. For items that ship direct from our manufacturers, at your request, we will send a separate email to your gift recipient, which will include your personal message. Please indicate this desire and your personal gift message in the "Customer Notes" section of your online checkout.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes! A Gift Certificate is the no-fail gift solution, since it will let your recipient choose exactly what
they want! We offer e-Gift Certificates in denominations of $10.00 - $5,000.00.

Do you offer personalization?
Yes! Many of our items offer special personalization options. Please choose these items carefully and ensure that they are worded correctly, as any custom/personalized items may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Do you offer any other special gift services?
Yes! If you would like to request something extra special for your gift or
special occasion presentation, please contact us! We have many options to create
just the "special touch" that you are looking for in presenting your gift.
For a small added charge (usually $5.00 - $7.00 in addition to our regular gift-wrapping
service, depending on the item), we are happy to create something for you that
is really unique. We have many creative wrapping papers, gift bags, cards, stamps-
all with a dog theme and/or specific to holidays and special occasions. If you
have a preference, please type this in the "Enter Your Gift Message" box at your
checkout page or e-mail us directly with your order number and your request/inquiry.
