How much will the delivery of my eGift Certificate cost?
There is no charge for eGift Certificate email delivery.

How will my eGift Certificate be delivered to my gift recipient?
eGift Certificates are delivered via e-mail (using the exact email address that you provided on your Gift Certificate Order Form).

What will be included on the eGift Certificate that is sent?
We will include the sender’s name and email address as well as your personal message, if provided. Your eGift Certificate will also include a eGift Number that your recipient will need to use in order to redeem their gift.

How fast will my eGift Certificate be received?
If there are no issues with the order, your eGift Certificate will be received within six (6) hours of order placement.

How will I know that my eGift Certificate is received correctly?
We will notify you, via your email address, when your eGift Certificate is emailed to your recipient.

How do I redeem my upscalepup.com eGift Certificate?
You can redeem your eGift Certificate in two ways:

(1) Online

• Please visit upscalepup.com and shop as usual.
• Select the products that you want to purchase and click, "Checkout." Follow the regular checkout procedure when you are ready.
• Next, on the Shipping & Payment page of your online checkout, please click "Gift Certificate" listed under "Payment Method." You will then be given the opportunity to enter your eGift Number on the next page of the checkout process, entitled "Payment Details."
• Finally, please enter your eGift Number inside the Gift Certificate Box provided. Your eGift Number will be calculated automatically.
• If the total amount of your order exceeds the total value on your Upscale Pup eGift Certificate, your credit card will be charged the remaining balance. All of the value on your Upscale Pup eGift Certificate will be used first before any amount is charged to your credit card.
• If the amount of your order is less than the value on your eGift Certificate, your credit card will not be charged.

(2) By Telephone

• Simply let your customer care representative know your desire to pay for your purchase with your eGift Certificate and please have your eGift Number ready.

Can I use multiple eGift Certificates on one order?
No. Only one upscalpup.com eGift Certificate may be used per order.

Will I be charged sales tax on my eGift Certificate?
Purchases paid for with upscalepup.com eGift Certificates are subject to applicable sales tax.

What if I need to make a return or exchange?

How do I check my eGift Certificate balance?
You must have an online account that you created on upscalepup.com to check your balance. Once you are logged in, go to "Gift Certificates" at the top of the homepage and you will be prompted to check your balance. Type in your eNumber that you were issued and the system will reveal your balance.

What forms of payment do you accept for eGift Certificates?
A valid credit card is required when making a purchase using an upscalepup.com eGift Certificate. The purchase price of an eGift Certificate is not included in the calculation of shipping and handling charges and does not count toward fulfilling a minimum required purchase threshold for special offers.

What are the eGift Certificate Terms and Conditions?
