This new line of dresses is created by Edward formerly of Edward Couture in New York City. He is a graduate of Parsons School of Design and has had his work featured in Bergdorf Goodman, Sakes 5th Avenue and Lord & Taylor. Each dress is custom made by hand and unique and is being offered to Upscale Pup shoppers.
