As far back as I can remember I have been dressing dogs up in fashion wear. It started as a child with my three sisters as we donned doll dresses on our Chihuahua and paraded her around the block. Dogs have been a vital part of our family for generations. I have a picture in my home of my great grandmother, formally dressed, holding a small pooch, also adorned in her best attire. And there are recollections of my own mother, forgetting a child at a gas station, but making sure the pet Chihuahua was safely on board.
